This time I went to the city of Tiradentes in the state of Minas Gerais to learn more about the food here which, I've heard, is one of the best in Brazil so, I couldn't let pass the opportunity to try it out.
I met Edson, from Pastel da Serra, a little restaurant in Tiradentes ran by him and he was happy to show us how to prepare three dishes: Feijão Tropeiro, Frango com Ora Pronobis and Frango com Quiabo. All of them delicious and rich, especially the first one.
