This is is the first VLOG episode of this channel, I really didn’t think about vlogging when I started this project but after several people recommended it to me to share also the human part of this project, I decided to start doing it and since this is now my full time project.

As you might have seen in my Instagram account, I finished my trip through South America and I’m back in Mexico, sitting down for a bit in Oaxaca. I’ll have more time to work in all the pending food videos. Please stay tuned for these.
As you might noticed I’m slowly giving this project a more social approach. During the trip got some good inspiration from some NGO’s and nonprofits in Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Guatemala and now in Mexico so, besides of supporting other projects like those, I’ll probably set here as a temporary home base to keep developing this project.
I’m still a so called nomad, I’ll be just choosing this city as a home base for some time. Oaxaca in my opinion, and many people would agree with me that, is the state of Mexico where you can find more diversity in terms of food and culture and that’s precisely the things that this project is about; food and people so, I’ll be also filming and doing some research locally, stay tuned through my daily updates on the Instagram account. instagram.com/nomad.cook
