Change means to step out of our comfort zone, and either we like it or not, we are constantly "pushed" to undertake changes in our lives. Most of the times, being out there makes us feel vulnerable, facing fear or anger, or even a sensation of incompetency or uselessness...
To overcome this rejection and resistance, and make all these feelings and reactions your allies throughout the change process, it must be approached as a whole system.
An holistic approach that embraces the transformation in the three domains (body, language and emotions) is the only way to ensure a learning journey that leads to an effective and sustainable transformation.
