Select the Plan
Select the plan that best suits your needs Basic, Professional, Enterprise or Custom. In a few minutes you will have your customer account created. Remember that you can try your plan for 15 days totally free.
With any of our plans you can enjoy all the available products: contests, castings, and participation campaigns on social networks.

Create your first campaign
Once you have registered with your client account on the platform, you can start creating your first campaign. You just have to follow the steps, it’s very simple! The first thing you must define is what type of product you need: contest, casting, and participation in social networks.
Then, the type of content you want to capture (photo, video or both) And finally, configure the rest of your campaign data (dates, participation mechanics, types of interaction, look & feel…) until you reach the PUBLICATION step .

Manage your campaign
Once your campaign is published, you can manage it in its administration panel. You will be able to filter the incoming content, accept it, reject it, categorize it, select finalists and winners … etc.
In addition, you will be able to monitor your campaign thanks to the real-time statistics that we collect. You can also download the database and content at any time.

Content Search
Once your campaign is finished, it will be in ‘Inactive’ state, but you will have access to consult any data.
In addition, you will have a unique content bank, ‘My Library’, where you can find by filtering and by tags any content received in any of your campaigns.

Manage your Plan
In your customer profile you can review your information, access your invoices, create new accounts within your plan and change plans. You can also register new managers with different permissions.
You will always have an online chat available and access to the frequently asked questions for any questions or doubts.
